Office Automation warrants all equipment to be free from defect for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipping
unless otherwise noted on your invoice. Office Automation, Inc. will repair or replace products returned to our
facility for warranty service.
If an item fails within the warranty period call Office Automation Sales department. If warranty service is
required, Office Automation Sales Department will issue a Return Material Authorization Number. You must ship or
deliver the products back to Office Automation in their original or equivalent packaging. Please prepay shipping
and insurance charges. Office Automation will ship the repaired or replacement products to you freight prepaid.
We provide toll free phone or e-mail technical support and advance replacement of defective items during the entire warranty period of your equipment. Our helpful staff is here to assist you and offer complete support on your product. You the customer must perform reasonable and necessary troubleshooting with our Technical Support staff prior to returning equipment for a warranty claim.
Some discontinued and refurbished products are available for sale from Office Automation. These hard to find, old discontinued equipment sales are final and are sold "as is". Your invoice will be marked "As is" or "No Warranty".
